Duke, Notre Dame, to meet in Championship Game

The Duke Blue Devils upset the Virgina Cavaliers, 14-13 to move onto the NCAA Championship game Monday. Virgina and Duke combined for over 80 shots in the offensive juggernaut. There was a total of 34 turnovers in n exciting, but sloppy game. The game-ender was heart breaking for Virgina, who called time out with eight seconds left to try to tie the game. They went off-sides, and never had a chance to get a shot off.
The early game pitted the underdog Notre Dame Fighting Irish against the Cornell Red. Cornell took some ill advised shots, but Scott Rodgers made some terrific saves for the Irish. Notre Dame's defense did a terrfic job in this game led by Niel Hicks. Notre Dame will go for their first ever title, against Duke, looking for it's first ever title. The reason Cornell lost was their youth with 16 seniors graduating last season. They will be a force next year.
Notre Dame vs Duke on Monday, I promise to have the Open Chat up on time!
